I'm pretty sure thats a Tufted Titmouse, not a female Blue Jay...females and male Blue Jays are similar in color. If you think its female Blue Jay, its more likely to be a Grey Jay.

You can play the call of the Tufted Titmouse. Then perhaps make the decision if you remember that birds call.
